I'm Nicole, a certified yoga instructor with a passion for guiding you on your yoga journey. My odyssey began in 2017 with a 200-hour yoga teacher training certification in Costa Rica. Since then, I've delved into Restorative yoga, yoga anatomy, and meditation.

  • In 2017, I embarked on a transformative journey into the world of yoga by completing my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Blue Osa in the picturesque Puerto Jimenez. My dedication to this path led me to delve into the soothing practice of restorative yoga through an 62-hour training with Jillian Pransky. Additionally, I deepened my understanding of the human body through comprehensive yoga anatomy study.

    As an experienced yoga instructor, I've had the privilege of sharing my knowledge in various settings. I've conducted in-home sessions, offering personalized Vinyasa tailored to individual needs and preferences. At Refresh on The Mountain, I've taught Vinyasa yoga classes with an emphasis on proper alignment and body awareness. Currently, I'm further expanding my skills by taking a 100-hour meditation course, reinforcing my commitment to holistic well-being. My mission is to help individuals harness the power of yoga and meditation to lead healthier and more fulfilling lives.
